Kenwood has on site management and full-time maintenance personnel to address any concern or problem that may arise. All maintenance is performed same day, unless otherwise requested.

They can best be described as "Hospital Clean" and "Library Quiet". Kenwood is located about a third of a block off of West 18th Street and Westmore Drive. 18th Street is an emergency snow route for both hospitals and is, therefore, maintained open 24 hours a day.
Kenwood has a laundry room in each building. The laundry rooms are equipped with a reservation board where a resident may reserve a four-hour block of time to complete their laundry and not have to compete with all other residents in the building. Adjacent to the laundry room is our Locker storage area. Each resident can store things that they don't need in their apartment on a daily basis like bikes, suitcases and Christmas decorations. |
Kenwood has garages available on site. They are constructed of a concrete fluted break front block. The garages are individually separated from floor to ceiling for added security.
